A washed Pink Bourbon from Palestina in Huila, bright with blood orange and apricot and a tea-like Earl Grey finish. Clean and lively, with the sweetness and structure that make this variety such a favourite.

Palestina sits in southern Huila, close to the area where Pink Bourbon was first identified. The variety has spread quickly through the region because it combines strong cup quality with good productivity and resistance to leaf rust.

Local cooperatives have helped producers sharpen their cupping and processing skills. Training programmes such as SENA also give younger people access to coffee production, sensory analysis, roasting and barista education. This lot brings that local experience together in a clean, bright Huila profile.
