Sourcing with Care

The endless pursuit of great coffee

Hacienda Dorada sits on the slopes of the Santa Ana volcano in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec region, an area often called El Salvador’s Golden Belt for coffee.

The farm combines shade-grown cultivation with long-term local employment, and the volcanic setting helps give the coffee its sweetness, structure, and clarity in the cup. Grown at around 1,200 to 1,300 meters, it carries the warmth and roundness we were looking for in this profile.
