Unique Coffee

Flavour profile & Process

A high-grown natural from Asefa Dukamo Korma in Arbegona, Sidama. Blueberry sweetness meets candied lemon and a gentle violet note, with the lift and clarity you expect from coffee grown above 2,200 metres.

Sourcing with Care

The endless pursuit of great coffee

Arbegona sits high in Sidama, where the cooler climate slows ripening and helps coffee develop sweetness and floral detail. Asefa Dukamo Korma works with cherries from farms around the region, harvested between December and February.

At the washing station, the cherries are sorted in water before moving to raised beds. Frequent turning keeps the drying even, and the coffee then rests in local warehouses before export. It is a straightforward natural process carried out with a lot of discipline.

The Making of Great Taste

All about Dark Arts Coffee

Dark Arts Coffee roasts from Rosina Street in East London, where its espresso bar, production and quality control share one site.

The team uses a light, modern roasting style and buys coffee as seasonal lots. Their line-up moves between clean washed coffees and expressive naturals, always with the focus on how the coffee tastes in the cup.
