What are the payment terms?
Our goal is to be a reliable and adaptable partner in meeting your coffee sourcing needs. We understand the demands of running a business and stand confidently behind the quality of our coffee.
To support new partnerships, we start with a 14-day payment term. As we build our relationship, you're welcome to request an upgrade to 21-day terms. Over time, a 30-day payment term can be made available to better align with your operations.
How quickly will I receive my order?
We know how fast-paced and unpredictable coffee service can be. That’s why, unless otherwise requested, we roast and ship orders on a weekly schedule to keep things consistent.
However, for our wholesale partners, we're happy to accommodate urgent needs when they arise. While not standard practice, we’re always willing to fire up the roaster to help with last-minute orders or emergency situations—just reach out to us and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
What is the minimum order value?
We operate with a minimum average order value of €200. Not every individual order needs to meet this amount—rather, we track the average across your orders to ensure it aligns with our wholesale partnership standards.
How much does shipping cost?
We provide free shipping for all order over 75 euro's within the Netherlands. In the rest of europe, the minimum will be 100 euro. If ordering below this amount, your shipping cost will be reflected during check out.
