Smallholder farms in this region work with remarkable attention to picking ripe fruit, and that patience shows in the cup.

Elto Coffee’s lots carry that local identity forward with a modern but respectful approach. For this semi-washed coffee, part of the mucilage stays with the bean during drying, so you keep Ethiopian clarity while gaining extra sweetness and texture. The result feels like Bensa itself: elegant, layered, and quietly complex from first sip to finish.
