We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Once the seal has been broken, the coffee is not eligible for returns due to the sensitive nature of the product. However, if you're unsatisfied with our roasts, if we've made any mistakes or a nasty quaker got in; please send us a message so we can make this right at shop@fortin.nl.
To start a return, you can contact us at shop@fortin.nl. Please use the subject "Product Return". We will start the proces as soon as possible.
When your request has been received, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
In theory, we cannot accept food items as returns. However, if the seal is intact we can take back your coffee's. As mentioned before, if there's been an error or our roast doesn't suite you, please let us know. Further, we're unable to accept returns on coffee that we've ground for you, or has been ground by anyone else. The grinding process is highly specific. For grinding, we use the settings that works best for our machines. Your mileage may vary.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
