Juicy Strawberry comes out of Huila, a region known for expressive coffees and producers willing to experiment without losing control of the cup. Here, Brayan Alvear works with Caturra, Castillo, and Colombia varieties, using staged fermentation and fruit co-fermentation to build a very intentional profile.

The result is bold, but not sloppy. It has the kind of strawberry-led sweetness that immediately stands out, backed by enough structure to keep it feeling like a serious coffee rather than just a trick.
