Gold Digger starts with Caturra cherries in Colombia, where careful picking and controlled fermentation shape a cup with both clarity and depth. The work is methodical from start to finish: pre-fermentation in cherry, slow aerobic fermentation, then drying and stabilization to let the flavours settle into place.

That precision is what gives the coffee its character. It drinks bright and polished, with citrus up front and a softer caramel-almond sweetness underneath, showing how much can be built through process without losing balance.
